This Privacy Policy explains how Ben'Z Electric LLC handles information connected with this website. It covers website visits, service enquiries, careers interest, maps and the service providers described below.

The Contact form asks for your first name, last name and email address. You may also provide a phone number, enquiry type and message. We use this information to understand your question, respond and discuss requested electrical work.

A service enquiry does not confirm an appointment, quote, price, availability or agreement to perform work.

A marketing choice is not shown unless a separate campaign is approved and configured. Sending a service enquiry does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.

Request Service is a separate enquiry flow. It asks for your name, email address and phone number. You may also provide a service address, property type, preferred timing, project details and the page or service connected with your request.

If address suggestions are enabled, text entered in the address field may be sent to Google to return matching addresses. You can enter an address manually without selecting a suggestion.

A Request Service submission asks us to contact you. It does not confirm an appointment, quote, price or service agreement, and it does not create permission for unrelated marketing.

The Careers page may ask for your name, phone number, email address, city, roles of interest, availability and permission to contact you. You may also provide license information, an additional description, a note and one PDF résumé up to 10 MiB.

We use this information to review current or future hiring interest, contact you about your application and retain applications and résumés indefinitely for future openings. An application does not guarantee a vacancy, interview, response or offer of employment.

The private hiring system handles your application and PDF résumé. RingTonic receives application fields, source attribution, an application identifier and the résumé filename and size to help us track hiring enquiries. The résumé file itself stays in the private hiring storage workflow.

We use information you provide to identify and respond to an enquiry, discuss requested work, maintain operational records, troubleshoot delivery and protect the website and intake systems from misuse. Careers information is used separately for hiring-related review and communication.

Do not include payment-card numbers, passwords or sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry or application. This website does not currently provide an account portal, online booking or website payment processing.

Contact, Request Service and Careers records are stored in private Google Sheets and Drive resources. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers; these resources are not publicly or domain-wide shared. Careers résumés remain in the private hiring workflow.

EmailIt handles transactional notifications related to enquiries and applications. Contact and Request Service notify our team; Careers also provides an applicant acknowledgment. Open and click tracking are disabled in these messages. A form confirmation does not guarantee that an email has reached its recipient.

RingTonic associates website visits, tracked calls and captured form submissions with their traffic sources. Captured Careers data includes application fields and résumé filename and size, not the PDF itself. Calls are forwarded to our business phone, whose carrier handles voicemail. Calls through our tracking numbers are recorded and transcribed by RingTonic for service review and quality assurance. Authorized staff and service providers can access these records to handle enquiries and review service quality. SMS follow-up is disabled.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to measure page visits and confirmed form successes. Customer enquiries and job applications use separate events. Analytics events do not include form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, résumé details or private submission IDs. Page query strings and fragments are omitted, and referring URLs are reduced to their origin. Learn how Google processes information from sites that use its services.

Microsoft Clarity is configured for cookieless heatmaps and session replay on eligible pages, with form content masked and advertising storage denied. Recordings are excluded on Careers pages, unknown paths and visits whose page or referring URL includes a query string or fragment. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track suppress their loading. Google Ads and advertising personalization are not enabled. The site does not display a privacy-preferences popup.

The Contact page includes a Google Maps embed and links to Google. Loading those features sends Google technical request information such as your IP address, browser information and the requested map. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Google address suggestions are conditional and load only when the website has a configured Places key. If enabled, the address text you enter is sent to Google to return suggestions. Manual address entry remains available.

Service-area maps use locally served Leaflet software and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Loading tiles sends technical request information, including your IP address, browser details and requested map area, to the tile service. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy.

This website does not show a site-wide cookie-consent popup or a Privacy Preferences footer control. RingTonic can use browser storage to associate a visit with its traffic source and submitted enquiry or application. Normal operation does not require accepting a popup, and saved choices from the retired privacy interface do not control it.

The RingTonic loader honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by not loading. Browser settings and content blockers may also prevent tracking. The website’s forms remain independent of RingTonic. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use the configuration described above and also honor these browser signals. Advertising tools remain inactive.

Information may be available to Ben'Z Electric LLC personnel and approved service providers that need it to operate the website, respond to an enquiry, review an application, store records, deliver requested notifications or protect the systems involved. Google, OpenStreetMap and their infrastructure providers receive technical request information when their map features load.

Google provides private form-record and résumé storage. EmailIt processes notification messages, RingTonic receives the tracking and form data described above, and Google and Microsoft receive the limited analytics described above. Hiring information is used separately from customer enquiries.

We retain Careers applications and résumés indefinitely so we can consider applicants for current and future openings. Contact us for information about service-enquiry retention or to request deletion. We may need to keep some records for operational, security, dispute or legal reasons, and a deletion request may be limited where retention is required or reasonably necessary.

Google storage uses private access rather than public or domain-wide sharing. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so this policy does not promise absolute security.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion or other handling of personal information. Use our contact page, email servicebenzelectricllc@gmail.com or call 267-819-8717 to ask a question or make a request.

We may ask for information needed to identify the relevant enquiry or application and verify the request. Whether a request can be completed depends on the records involved and applicable limits. A request to us does not remove records held independently by Google, Microsoft, OpenStreetMap or another provider; contact that provider about records it controls.
